"I went with this company to replace my furnace and air-conditioner. My furnace went out on a Friday night, they came out to give me a bid on Monday and replaced both units on Tuesday. I chose them because their price was within $100-$200 of the big companies, but Precision is owner operated. The owner gave me the bid and was here to do the installation. They only took 6 hours to do both installations - it was quick, clean, easy and well done. Highly recommend."

"I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Precision Comfort. Our air went out on Friday night. I called about 8 p.m., they answered right away, apologized for not having a repairman available right away, but set an appointment for between 10-noon on Saturday. The repairman, Brent, was there by 10:30. He was swift to check every part of the AC set-up and quickly found our problem - a bad compressor - and repaired it. The whole thing took 20 minutes. "Our furnace quit working on a very cold day. He was in the neighborhood when I called and was at house within a few minutes. He replaced the igniter, but that wasn't the problem. He could have left it there and charged us for it..but he didn't. He checked out a few more things and realized it was a piece of insulation that had come loose and was blocking the fan. He removed the insulation, restarted the furnace and it worked. He was kind enough to not charge us for his time. We will use Precision Comfort for ALL of our heating and cooling needs!"
